Application Steps
If you have not yet registered as a player, please complete the User Registration.
After logging in as a player, please register the information of your corporation/organization using the paid plan on the Corporate/Organization Page.
After registration is complete, select your plan on the Plan Page and proceed to payment.
Additional Information
- Payment will be made via credit card subscription. Payment will be processed through the Stripe payment system, a highly secure payment service used worldwide. The card information you enter will only be sent to Stripe (it will not be stored within Compekun), and your application will be completed after Stripe confirms the registration of your card information.
- The first 10 days after application are a trial period, during which you can cancel for free.
- An email will be sent to the email address registered in your company/organization information 3 days before the end of the trial period.
- An email will be sent to the email address registered in your company/organization information 7 days before your subscription renewal.
- Cancellation is possible via Plan Page.
- We also accept bank transfer payments (annual subscriptions only). If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us via Inquiry.
- After applying for a plan, when using plan benefit features in a tournament you have already created, please go to the tournament settings page and perform the operation "Edit" → "Update".
- The contract period is one month or one year from the date of application. It is not divided into periods from the 1st to the end of each month or from January 1st to December 31st of each year, so please apply at the time that suits you best.
