If you wish to cancel your entry (or withdraw) from a competition, the procedure depends on whether a "Cancel" button is displayed on the competition's details screen.

If the "Cancel" button is displayed on the competition details screen

You can complete the cancellation simply by pressing the button.

1. Open the competition details screen.
2. Click the "Cancel Entry" button on the screen.

If the "Cancel" button is not displayed on the competition details screen

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the competition organizer directly to notify them of your cancellation.

(The competition organizer has configured the settings to restrict cancellations via the system.)

Important Note

The visibility of the cancel button is managed by the competition organizer. If the button is not displayed, the operating company cannot process the cancellation. Please be sure to contact the organizer directly.
