The method for checking the payment status of your entry fee depends on the payment method adopted for the specific tournament or competition. Compe-kun offers two types of payment methods. Please first check which method applies to the tournament you have entered.
If you paid using Compe-kun's online payment methods (Stripe or Rakuten Pay), you can check your payment status via your Payment History or the entry confirmation email.
For tournaments configured for direct payment to the competition organizer—such as via bank transfer or on-site payment—without using Compe-kun's payment system, Compe-kun cannot verify your payment.
In cases of direct payment to the competition organizer (e.g., bank transfer), Compe-kun cannot verify the transfer status or receipt of funds. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the competition organizer (host) directly to inquire about or confirm your payment status.
